Mold Markets

Come to Mold, a traditional market town nestling beneath the Clwydian Hills. Our acclaimed street and indoor market, independent shops, wonderful venues to eat and drink, rich cultural history and our many great events. A different shopping experience every day of the week. There is ample car parking within a five minute walking distance to the market. And there are dedicated coach bays and a bus service connecting all surrounding towns including Chester, Wrexham and the Coastal resorts.

Street Markets – are held every Wednesday and Saturday from 9am to 3.30pm throughout the year attracting more than 70 traders. The town is full with market stalls lining the high street and Daniel Owen Square, selling a wide variety of fresh fruit and vegetables, cheeses and meats as well as crockery, clothes and plants. Nothing beats a street market for atmosphere and a taste of the true flavour of a town. Enjoy the hustle and bustle as you look for bargains and you’ll find plenty of free advice from how to cook the perfect Sunday roast to the best plant for that problem spot in the garden.

Indoor Market – at the heart of Daniel Owen Precinct there is a thriving indoor market whose range of individual traders are open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday.

Farmers Market – Freshly produced food, drink and crafts all sourced and sold by local farmers and skilled craft workers, make the farmers market well worth a visit too.The farmers market is held at St Mary’s Church Hall (King Street) from 9am to 2pm on the first and third Saturday of the month.
