Mae gan ei heglwys<\/a> hardd hefo Gapel Elisabethaidd a ychwanegwyd gan Thomas I\u00e2l a oedd yn byw yn Gogledd-ddwyrain o\u2019r pentref ym Mhlas yn I\u00e2l (gallwch aros yma<\/a>.) Mae archifau Prifysgol I\u00e2l yn dangos bod Elihu \u0175yr Thomas a oedd wedi gwneud ei ffortiwn yn gweithio i gwmni East India wedi cynorthwyo\u2019r gwaith o adeiladu Prifysgol newydd drwy anfon 417 o lyfrau, portread o Brenin George I, a naw pecyn o nwyddau. Mae Mount Owain Glynd\u0175r<\/a> ger Llidiart-y-Parc a gellir ei weld o ffordd yr A5 rhwng Llangollen a Chorwen. Mae cerflun mawreddog<\/a> o Owain Glynd\u0175r ar ei geffyl yn nhref gyfagos Corwen. Mae eglwys<\/a> hardd or hen blwyf Llansanffraid Glyndyfrdwy a phont gerrig nodedig o 1661 n gwneud y pentref yn hafan i dwristiaid, cerddwyr, paentwyr a physgotwyr. Mae gorsaf tren<\/a> Fictoraidd wedi ei hadfer a oedd terfyn rheilffordd treftadaeth Llangollen hyd 2014, sydd bellach yn rhedeg yr holl ffordd i Gorwen. Mae\u2019r tu mewn iddo yn cael ei ddominyddu gan sgrin a llofft y grog ganoloesol wedi\u2019i gerfio\u2019n un o ddim ond ychydig o rhai Cymreig cyflawn sydd ar ol. Pentref ar ymyl y ffordd yw Gwyddelwern (\u2018 Cors y Gwyddel\u2019) gydag Eglwys Fictoraidd<\/a> a thafarn \u00e2 ffr\u00e2m bren (yn anffodus ar werth ar hyn o bryd.) Mae pentrefan cyfagos Bryn Saith Marchog, yn cael ei enwi yn stori Branwen, merch Llyr, rhan o\u2019r Mabinogion, ac mae\u2019n cael ei henwi felly ar \u00f4l Bendigeidfran (Bran y Bendigaid), a oedd yn gosod saith o Dywysogion neu farchogion yno (y saith Marchog) i\u2019w gwylio dros ei diroedd tra\u2019r oedd i ffwrdd yn Iwerddon.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner gap=”30″ css=”.vc_custom_1648458811976{margin-top: 30px !important;}”][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]\n
