Bydd G\u0175yl Fwyd Llangollen yn gweini llu o ddanteithion blasus o galon y dref y mis hwn.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mae’r digwyddiad blynyddol poblogaidd yn denu miloedd o ymwelwyr llwglyd yn rheolaidd o bob rhan o’r DU sy’n ceisio samplu profiadau newydd a thraddodiadol mewn bwyd a diod.<\/p>\n

Hyd yma mae wedi ei lleoli ym Mhafiliwn Rhyngwladol y dref ond eleni bydd yr \u0175yl yn dod o amrywiaeth o leoliadau yng nghanol Llangollen pan fydd yn cael ei chynnal ddydd Sadwrn, Hydref 15.<\/p>\n

Bydd amrywiaeth o ryw 40 o ddeiliaid byw yn aros i arddangos eu cynnyrch d\u0175r ceg, yn amrywio o’r goreuon o delicacies artisan Cymreig i fwyd stryd Bolifia, yn Neuadd y Dref, ym mhrif fynedfa Rheilffordd St\u00eam Llangollen a hefyd ym Mar Gwin Gales.<\/p>\n

Fel sydd wedi dod yn draddodiadol gydag un o brif wyliau bwyd Cymru bydd rhai atyniadau ymarferol cyffrous ar gael hefyd, gan gynnwys arbenigwyr lleol yn rhoi cyfle i’r plant – ac oedolion hefyd \u2013 brofi eu sgiliau wrth wneud cacennau bach neu greu campwaith clai ar olwyn crochenydd go iawn.<\/p>\n

A thrwy gydol y dydd bydd cerddoriaeth fyw gan fandiau a chorau yn chwarae allan o sgw\u00e2r y dref.<\/p>\n

Dywedodd un o brif drefnwyr y digwyddiad, Pip Gale, o Gales Wine Bar: “Pan darodd Covid ein cynlluniau i ddychwelyd i’n safle arferol ym Mhafiliwn yr Eisteddfod y llynedd, fe wnaethom roi ein pennau at ei gilydd a phenderfynu cynnal g\u0175yl ‘maint tamaid’ yng nghanol Llangollen.<\/p>\n

“Dros ddau ddiwrnod, fe wnaeth cannoedd o bobl\u00a0 i Ardd Win Gales i bori stondinau gan gynhyrchwyr ac artistiaid bwyd lleol ac yna mwynhau diod yn haul yr hydref. Roedden ni wrth ein boddau gyda sut oedd ein g\u0175yl yn dod \u00e2 phobl at ei gilydd gyda busnesau lleol mewn cyfnod oedd yn anodd i bawb.<\/p>\n

“Roedd pobl wedi mwynhau gymaint rydym wedi penderfynu gwneud llawer yr un fath eleni, ac felly byddwn yn \u00f4l yng nghanol Llangollen eto ar gyfer 2022, gyda mwy o leoliadau a mwy fyth i’w mwynhau mewn g\u0175yl un diwrnod llawn gweithredu.<\/p>\n

“Fel gwyliau blaenorol, bydd gennym ein cymysgedd arferol o arddangoswyr diddorol ond byddwn hefyd yn cyflwyno rhai cynhyrchwyr, siaradwyr ac arddangosiadau newydd – a bydd digon o gerddoriaeth fyw i bobl ei fwynhau.”<\/p>\n

Ar Hydref 15, bydd yr \u0175yl ar agor i’r cyhoedd o 10am tan 5pm yn ei gwahanol leoliadau, a bydd pob un ohonynt yn cynnwys sbectrwm eang o stondinau bwyd a diod.<\/p>\n

Bydd Gales Wine Bar hefyd yn gartref i \u0175yl gwrw fach o fewn ei ardal Gardd newydd.<\/p>\n

Drwy gydol y dydd bydd arddangosiadau coginio gan gogyddion lleol gorau.<\/p>\n

Bydd y profiadau taflu potiau a chreu cwpanau yn cael eu cynnig yn Neuadd y Dref.<\/p>\n

Ar \u00f4l y prif ddigwyddiad yn ystod y dydd, gwahoddir pobl yn \u00f4l i Neuadd y Dref o 6pm i herio eu synhwyrau gyda digwyddiad blasu untro arbennig gan arbenigwyr Wisgi Penderyn ei hun y bydd t\u00e2l o \u00a315 y pen amdano.<\/p>\n

Drwy gydol y dydd bydd detholiad o adloniant awyr agored byw yn Sgw\u00e2r Canmlwyddiant Llangollen, gan gynnwys detholiadau o g\u00f4r merched Corwen a bandiau lleol.<\/strong><\/p>\n
