Mi fydd yr wythnos yn cynnwys amrywiaeth o ddigwyddiadau ar-lein ac ar safleoedd ar draws yr wyth lleoliad gan sicrhau cyfleoedd i bawb ymuno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae gan Cymru\u2019r ganran uchaf o warchodfeydd awyr dywyll yn y byd a Pharc Cenedlaethol Eryri yw\u2019r Warchodfa Awyr Dywyll fwyaf ym Mhrydain ac yn ddiweddar sicrhaodd Ynys Enlli ei statws fel yr unig Noddfa Awyr Dywyll yn Ewrop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae tirweddau dynodedig Cymru yn mynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2 llygredd golau, un bwlb ar y tro. Mae newid i oleuadau eco-gyfeillgar yn eich cartref yn ffordd wych o warchod y blaned, eich iechyd a\u2019ch cyfrif banc! Mae Wythnos Awyr Dywyll Cymru\u2019n gyfle unigryw i bawb ddysgu mwy am y rhyfeddodau sydd uwch ein pennau, pwysigrwydd ein awyr dywyll ac ymuno iddathlu treftadaeth ein tywyllwch.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mi fydd digwyddiadau\u2019r wythnos yn cael eu rhestru ar&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.discoveryinthedark.wales\/darkskieswalesweek\">wefan swyddogol Profi\u2019r Tywyllwch Cymru<\/a>&nbsp;gan ddarparu canllaw llawn ar gyfer y mynychwyr. Mae llygredd golau\u2019n yn DU ac Ewrop, ond yma yng Nghymru mae cannoedd o leoedd i brofi harddwch ein awyr tywyll. Erbyn hyn mae gan Gymru rwydwaith o Warchodfeydd Awyr Tywyll Rhyngwladol a Pharciau Awyr Tywyll y mae seryddwyr wedi\u2019u nodi\u2019n lleoedd gorau yn y byd i weld s\u00ear. Mae ein AHNE gyda thelesgopau, siartiau, camer\u00e2u ac offer arall, a fydd yn cefnogi digwyddiadau Awyr Tywyll trwy\u2019e blwyddyn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae pwysigrwydd tywyllwch o ansawdd da yn ddeublyg. I ddechrau, mae tua 60% o\u2019n bywyd gwyllt yn dod yn fyw yn y nos ac mae astudiaethau wedi dangos bod golau artiffisial yn y nos yn cael effeithiau negyddol \u2013 weithiau\u2019n farwol \u2013 ar lawer o greaduriaid (gan gynnwys bodau dynol) sy\u2019n effeithio ar ymddygiadau fel maeth, patrymau cysgu, atgenhedlu a diogelwch rhag ysglyfaethwyr. Hoffem sicrhau bod awyr y nos yn yr AHNE yn cael ei gadw fel y gall ein bywyd gwyllt ffynnu yn eu cynefinoedd naturiol, gan fyw yng nghylchoedd naturiol nos a dydd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yn ail, ychydig o leoedd sydd ar \u00f4l lle gall pobl gael gwir ganfyddiad o\u2019r nos a\u2019i awyr syfrdanol yn llawn s\u00ear. Mewn gwirionedd dim ond 2% o bobl sy\u2019n byw yn y DU fydd yn profi awyr wirioneddol dywyll. Rydym yn ffodus ein bod mewn sefyllfa lle gall ymwelwyr fynd yn hawdd i lefydd sydd ag ychydig iawn o lygredd golau o\u2019r ardaloedd poblog o\u2019u cwmpas, sy\u2019n golygu y gall seryddwyr, selogion, beirdd ac ysgolheigion fel ei gilydd fwynhau un o\u2019r sioeau mwyaf ysblennydd ar y Ddaear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I ddechrau\u2019r wythnos gyffrous hon o ddigwyddiadau nefol, rydym yn annog selogion s\u00ear o bob oed i fynd i\u2019r gerddi cefn neu i Safleoedd Darganfod Awyr Dywyll AHNE i gael synnu ar awyr y nos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ar noson glir, mae nifer o ryfeddodau yn aros amdanoch yn yr awyr. Gallwch weld galaeth 2\u00bd miliwn o flynyddoedd goleuni i ffwrdd gyda\u2019ch llygaid eich hunain, ac wrth ddefnyddio binocwlars, gallwch weld craterau ar y lleuad!
