Mae&#8217;r ffordd yn teithio ar ffurf pedol o amgylch ochrau dyffryn, gan roi ei enw Saesneg iddo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dechreuodd dringfa categori 1 y beiciwr tua 110 km i mewn i\u2019r llwyfan, a gwelwyd y beicwyr yn dringo\u2019r ddringfa serth am gyfanswm o 5.8 km cyn teithio&#8217;n \u00f4l i ganol Dinas Wrecsam.
