Er gwaethaf ei enw, mae&#8217;n debyg mai llys canoloesol oedd yr adeilad, nid senedd-d\u0177 go iawn. Mae&#8217;n debyg bod ei ddrws o&#8217;r 13eg ganrif sydd bellach wedi\u2019i lenwi a&#8217;i ffenestr o&#8217;r 14eg ganrif wedi dod o Gastell Rhuddlan. Caiff ei gofio\u2019n hanesyddol fel y safle lle gwnaeth Edward I ddeddfu Statud Rhuddlan ym 1284, deddf a luniodd llywodraethu yng Ngogledd Cymru hyd at Ddeddf Uno 1536. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eglwys y Santes Fair<br>Mae taith gerdded fer drwy borth mynwent Fictoraidd yn eich tywys chi at yr eglwys ysblennydd hon \u00e2 dau gorff, a adeiladwyd tua 1300 ac a ehangwyd dros y canrifoedd canlynol. Y tu mewn, fe welwch chi destunau Cymraeg o&#8217;r 17eg ganrif wedi&#8217;u peintio ar y waliau a slab canoloesol prin wedi&#8217;i ysgythru o Archesgob Edessa. Mae mawsol\u00ebwm caerog o 1820 yn ychwanegu elfen Gothig at hanes pensaern\u00efol yr eglwys. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Y Bont ac Afon Clwyd<br>Trowch i lawr yr allt i weld golygfa eiconig a ddarluniwyd gan Turner\u2014castell, eglwys a phont mewn cytgord perffaith. Mae&#8217;r bont dywodfaen bresennol yn dyddio&#8217;n \u00f4l i 1595, a chafodd elfen haearn ei ychwanegu yn y 19eg ganrif. O&#8217;r fan hon, cewch fwynhau golygfeydd syfrdanol o&#8217;r ceiau hynafol ar hyd glan yr afon. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ceiau Hynafol<br>Ar un adeg yr oedd glannau\u2019r afon hon yn Rhuddlan yn brysur tu hwnt &#8211; roedd warws, craen a glanfa gerrig yn rhan o\u2019r porthladd erbyn y 19eg ganrif. Roedd y porthladd yn ganolfan fasnach leol ar gyfer grawn, pren a phlwm hyd nes i&#8217;r rheilffordd gyrraedd ym 1848. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gwarchodfa Natur Rhuddlan<br>Mae llwybr arall yn arwain at hafan 11 erw i fywyd gwyllt ar safle&#8217;r hen orsaf reilffordd\u2014sydd bellach yn gartref i las y dorlan, dyfrgwn, llygod pengrwn y d\u0175r, dolydd blodau gwyllt, a cherfluniau cyfareddol. Mae hefyd yn rhan o Lwybr Beicio Cenedlaethol 84 ac yn gwbl hygyrch i gadeiriau olwyn. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Castell Rhuddlan<br>Y penllanw: adeiladwyd y gaer gonsentrig drawiadol hon gan Edward I rhwng 1277\u20131282, a chafodd ei dylunio gan y saer maen meistrolgar James o San Si\u00f4r. Mae\u2019n cynnwys beili si\u00e2p deimwnt, ffosydd, a nifer o waliau amddiffynnol, ac yr oedd yn rhan o\u2019r &#8220;cylch haearn&#8221; o gestyll Edward. Roedd ei hadeiladu yn golygu troi cwrs Afon Clwyd hyd yn oed! \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomen Twtil<br>Cewch weld caer mwnt a beili Normanaidd a adeiladwyd yn y 11eg ganrif\u2014rhagflaenydd castell carreg cadarn Edward drwy\u2019r ddringfa fer a mwdlyd hon i fyny Twtil. Mae\u2019r golygfeydd yn odidog. \u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brodordy yn Fferm yr Abaty a Banquet House<br>Gallwch fynd oddi ar y llwybr i ddarganfod safle priordy y Brodyr Du o&#8217;r 13eg ganrif; mae gweddillion y ddelw wedi&#8217;u gosod yn wal yr ysgubor. (Mae&#8217;r fferm yn breifat ond gallwch chi weld y ddelw yn glir o&#8217;r l\u00f4n.) Nid nepell i ffwrdd, gallwch weld olion y ffos ganoloesol a oedd yn amddiffyn y fynachlog.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Banquet House<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Ewch yn \u00f4l i&#8217;r dref drwy Abbey Road ac fe ddewch ar draws Banquet House (tua 1672).
