Talacre Warren

Talacre Beach (pronounced ‘Ta-la-kree’) is a wide, sandy and often windswept beach which provides a welcome relief from the more commercialised resorts of the North Wales Coast.

It’s backed by the SSSI of Gronant dunes and Talacre Warren, which is home to the rare sand lizard and the natterjack toad. Strong currents make the beach unsuitable for swimming or other watersports. Dogs are allowed at all times. Facilities include toilets, a cafe, a pub, shops and a post office.
